On this topic. The position of the Wifi will be bad for my build. Can the other M.2 slots (intended for SSD I think) be used for the wifi card when I replace it?

The M.2 slots intended for SSDs (M key) have different keying than the M.2 slots intended for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth (A and/or E key). Therefore, you will need an adaptor if you want to use a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card in one of those slots.
