Boot in verbose mode and take a picture of where it gets stuck.

Make sure you install your RAM as instructed in post #1.

Also, please update your profile to show your CPU, motherboard, and GPU.

Ram is in its proper place and everything is true but always stopping here

RAM is in B1 and A1?

Please show me a picture of where it gets stuck when booting from verbose mode.

Just out of curiosity, if you leave a USB 2/3 device plugged in during sleep on your board, will the device be ejected?

yes ram in A1
1-
When I dul boot the flash, the apple shows up and nothing else
2-
When I add -v I show the same picture in the attachments(Attempting system restart...MACH Reboot)

my Pc:
mth:Asus RoG Strix Z370-E Gaming
CPU: i7 8700K @ 3.70GHz
Graphice: GTX 960 2G GYGAbyte
RAM: 1 Ram 16G
