Both initial and more recent photos have shown a panic in AppleUSBUHCIPCI... that's covered in the big list of solutions. If you can identify the chipset on your Dell motherboard it might help you decide which of the suggestions are most relevant.

Ok so that actually helped because now it won't panic but it does restart before I reach the installer probably due to my incompatible nvidia 750 ti card, Do you recommend I remove the GPU during the installation and use my integrated one until I get into the OS?
