Hello,

I'm having trouble with the overclock not showing up on my mountain lion Multibeast install.

The most relevant thread I found was: http://www.tonymacx86.com/overclocking/63496-asus-p8z77-v-lx-overclock-wont-doesnt-apply.html

I believe I must delete the NullCpuPowerManagement.kext and then use a DSDT but I cannot find one in the data base or forum. I have also tried disabling speed step to no effect. Also it's not just not cosmetically showing up, test benching shows no effect so the clock is actually not increasing (yet it is for windows).

Can anyone help? I'm hoping to avoid a complete reinstall as I'm quite embedded into this current system.

My system:

3770k
Asus p8z77-v LE Plus
BIOS flashed to: 0515

Many thanks

I'm having a similar problem...

Asus p8z77-v lk
Ivy Bridge 3770k
2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHZ = 16GB
Corsair H100i Water cooling system
UPDATED BIOS 11/12

Overclocking this beast should be a snap!!!

I've tried everything in the BIOS but nothing's worked.

I'm not sure how much help this will be considering my board is different (Rampage III Extreme) but I didn't install any DSDT and my overclock shows up fine at 4.01ghz. I'm also using the stock NullCpuPowerManagement. I do have speedstep/cstate and all that other junk disabled in my bios config though.
