I have just updated and no problem so far.
I have a H55M UD2H mobo and a GTX 650 MSI GPU which I received today...
If I would have known, I would have waited to buy a GTX 650ti or GTX 660!!

Just Updated on UD5H & 6870, Just had re apply Audio 889 & Apple ACPIPlatform Rollback 10.8.1 using Multibeast.
Everything else spot it on only took 15 Minutes start to finish.
Right, how much are Radeon 7870, 7950 & 7970?

Does this update's Nvidia drivers support Quadro K4000 and Quadro K5000?
I'd like more info on the 650ti and the issue Aaron97 has... I've got a few of these and I'm very interested in this problem!

Everything works fine, but i had to reinstall AppleACPIBatteryManager.kext & AppleACPIPlatform.kext to get the batterystatus working.

Under 10.8.2 (and before the 10.8.3 update), I installed the latest Nvidia OS X drivers, and patched the libclh.dylib with a hex editor to recognize the new Nvidia drivers. THEN I updated to 10.8.3, got zero errors (on anything), and the 10.8.3 updated the 650 ti installed under 8.2 as a NVIDIA D14P2-30 in 8.3.

Then don't, there's no need to rush to upgrade, especially if you have a fully working system. Let people test it first, to see if any problems arise.
