updated from 10.10.0 -> 10.10.3 (OSXUpdCombo10.10.3)

only audio didn't survived. Used audio_CloverALC-master

Now it's all perfect.

App store update, reboot successfully only lost the audio which was restored by running multibeast.

One thing to note, OS X 10.10.3 has expanded support for 4K displays according to this article.

However, it looks like you need a Mac Pro (Late 2013) or Retina 5k (Late 2014) smbios.

Fix for black screen with iMac 15,1 sysdef and GTX 780

Edit the AppleGraphicsControl.kext and burrow down to /Contents/PlugIns/AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext/Contents/Info.plist

FA842E06C61E91C5 change from Config 2 to none.

Save changes and reinstall kext. Reboot.

Might be an idea in future to patch the kext from within Clover.

No seriously, how the hell did you found out that this was the trick? Well, for my GTX 670 I had to rather edit the line above it which is: Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6 but you put me on the right track!! Huge respect!!

Clover Configurator nv_disable =1 toggle on
updated from 10.10.2 -> 10.10.3 via App store
Rebooted
Nvidia Web drivers recognized upgrade and immediately prompted for new download
Downloaded and rebooted
Clover Configurator nv_disable=1 toggle off
Rebooted into 4K glory again.

Everything is running as perfect as a RealMac. Sound issue after sleep still works with Toledo's code. Additionally, I now no longer have an issue with kp's after extended sleep. I'm crossing my fingers that this thing is actually perfect now.

Updated using the Combo Update linked by Tonymac.

Only had to reload audio kext with Multibeast, and did the Trim fix suggested also by Tonymac.

Using Chimera.

Easiest update ever.

Well after reading this thread, I install successfully 10.10.3 version.
All is working fine, sound, internet...
Updated via apple store with Chimera and patched sound and trim enabler with Multicast 7.2.

How do I upgrade to 10.10.3?

When they talk about actualizarzo from APP STORE relate to download YOSEMITE (5.64 Gb ) and install it on my current OSX via UNIBEAST ?




Or are you referring to install the update that provides APP STORE ( 1.52 Gb )
