Would you buy a NZXT watercooler if there was OSX Support?

@JimSalabim @marciii do you guys have USBInjectAll? Or did you map the USB ports? I am trying to find out why it works for me and not you :)
Yes, I’m using USBInjectAll. But I have sold my Kraken in the meantime and bought a BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4. I like it much better, as it’s quieter and fully adjustable via Bios. And the temperature is about the same (i9 9900K).

But there seems to be another solution for the Kraken: https://github.com/jonasmalacofilho/liquidctl
And a guide how to install it here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...390-thunderbolt-3-i7-9700k-amd-rx-580.267551/

Sorry to necro this thread, but I ran into this thread searching for Kraken support under MacOS and just wanted to share what worked for me:

Bash:
pip3 install git+https://github.com/jonasmalacofilho/liquidctl

Installing this way installed the correct dependancies, which made commands like liquidctl set fan speed 80 work.

This is on a Kraken X62.

How to control pump and fans based on CPU temperature, not Liquid temperature?

I wrote a small tool to help change it without the need of python, you can check it here: https://github.com/gabrielrinaldi/CAM

Feedback and PRs are welcome!

Hi Gabriel, thanks for your work, the app works (I was happy for a few seconds), but the settings work for a few seconds and then everything goes back to 100%, do you know what the problem could be? Are you planning to release any app updates?

EDIT: Does anyone know why if I try to start NZXT CAM on a virtual machine, windows crashes, you can only start from windows partitioned on dualboot, do you have any idea?

Hi i have NZXT x6 and i rearranged my computer and disconnected all my stuff, and connected it again. So now when i am in windows and set to silent, when booting to mac it goes fast and loud. I cant remember but it used to work before, what i connected different way?

It is this new cam version that is ****. Just downloaded some old version and it keeps quiet in mac

Hi, can you tell which version exactly? where did you download it? on the official website I find only the last one.

I found a way to use NZXT Kracken X52 on macOS without a command line.

I talked about it here:
