Did you try iTunes as noted in Post #1?

I did try itunes, but nothing will play. Even when I click the play button it does nothing as if it's frozen.

This is what happens with youtube, but if I disengage the sound driver it plays fine and I can use usb speaker.

My mistake not informing about this; I did try all without luck!!

During last 10 days I checked supposed solution for dual boot problem win-mac and Realtek audio. I can confirm that solution is uninstalling Realtek drivers from Windows. You must use the Windows audio drivers. Tested and work, in any situation switching systems.

Installed Win10 on a separate drive this weekend and this was driving me nuts. Thank you!

I have found that in Clover Configurator the KextsToPatch section the entry "AppleHDA Find: 786d6c2e 7a6c Replace: 7a6d6c2e 7a6c Comment: AppleHDA/Rescources/xml>zml" allows my machine to show the outputs in System Preferences>Sounds however videos online and music on itunes will not play, as if frozen or as if there's no internet connection (which there is because websites load just fine). When I disable this particular Kextstopatch entry, my computer shows no output sources, but videos play fine.
