OMG YES!
I was able to fix my Sierra drive by restoring with an older Clover config.plist file, which I found on the drive (EFI-Backups folder).
This wasn't really simple, because I had to do this from Windows.

I requested I can write a how-to.

Unfortunately, I haven't gotten sound to work yet :(

I have MB
Gigabyte Z97-HD3
Intel Core i5-4690K @ 3.9
8 GB Ballistix (2x4Gb)
el capitan. detect all, audio network graphics and without multibeast or clover. boot thru usb multibeast. and never have problem. worked good. i install sierra and i have everything but audio. tried all scrip . i get audio but is more noise then audio (hiss).any idea there i installed multibeast. and none of the drivers work .

Update:
Multibeast 9.0 was just released, and it has an update ALC889 driver that worked!! I now have sound.
