NO AUDIO MSI RADEON R9 290

Hi, I installed OSX high sierra on my pc (i5-4440, 8GB Ram DDR3, MSI Radeon R9 290).
The Graphic Card hasn't got drivers, in fact when there is an animation I see some lines on the monitor. And there is no audio! i tried to install the driver with MultiBeast but I did not succeed... How can I do? Can someone helps me? Thanks!!!

@filippolr02, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
