No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

    No standard sound output/input devices displayed

  2. OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics

    10.13 (Current)/ASUS z270 MAXIMUS IX HERO/(not sure, but newer than original)/i7-7700K/NVidia 1070

  3. Procedure/Guide Used

    SIP Disabled, Codec ALC 1220, Audio ID=1
    Removed previous VooDooHDA/Removed all sound parms from Clover config.plist/Restored OEM AppleHDA/Clean boot/MultiBeast 100/200 Series Audio/Ran MacMan's patcher/Reboot/MultiBeast install ALC 1220 audio.

  4. Copy of IOReg - IOReg_v2.1/File/Save a Copy As…, verify file (Tools 2.)

  5. Terminal/diskutil list - attach Terminal output

  6. Installed S/L/E/AppleHDA.kext (10.11 and newer, search: show hidden files)

  2. OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics - 10.12.6 (Build 16G29), Bios Uefi according to manual it's SM BIOS 2.7 (in clover configurator: IM183.88Z.0145.B07.1705082121), i7 7700k, GTX 1070 SC2
  3. Procedure/Guide Used - tried
    - dropped apple hda kext and ocnfig plist in apple hda patcher v1.8, then chose realtek 1220, replaced config plist from the one in the folder Mirone Audio, dropped adummy hda kext in the 10.12 folder, copied hda kext and admmy into kext utility, used multibeast to install realtek 100/200 series, but it didn't work; then I tried this one in portuguese based on yours http://www.hackintoshworld.com/audio-um-guia-pratico/;

Ok, I'll try. Is there a safe way to remove these methods I already tried?

Also, note, sleep is now non-functional. Might, might not, be related.
