Audio has nothing to do with enabling the Nvidia web driver.
not sure what to clean up here to get my system back up..
Nothing to clean up, graphics failure
Clover boot menu:
Select: boot partiiton
Select: Use Nvidia WEB driver (nvda_drv=1)
Select: Boot macOS with selected options

Unfortunately, no joy.

Booting w/ or w/o NVidia, or attempting to use onboard HD630 instead (disabling NVidia) results in the same behavior. Attempting to boot into any other MacOS mode (Safe, Recovery, Single User) results in same behavior.

Something the Clover ALC script did seems to have foobar'd things - I cannot get into the OS at all via regular Clover options.

I thought perhaps it might rebuild the kext cache, so I looked for an option to not use the cache, but am not sure that "UseKernelCache=No" boot arg is still viable, or even the right one.

Thoughts???

Exactly what happened with Clover/Use Nvidia WEB driver (nvda_drv=1)?
The web driver was already ticked to be used when the lock state error occurred.
