No audio devices ALC892 High Sierra

Description of audio problem
I did a clean install of High Sierra last weekend and noticed that sound was not working anymore. After following Toleda's before you install guide and AppleHDA Realtek audio guide with cloverALC method I still see no audio devices in my settings.

OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics
I'm running macOS High Sierra on a MSI P67-C43 (B3) motherboard. I run the latest BIOS version (1,I).
Processor: Intel i5 2300 and GTX 750 TI graphics card. I'm running the latest version of clover as Legacy.

Procedure/Guide Used
AppleHDA Realtek audio guide with cloverALC and the before you install guide.

Installed S/L/E/AppleHDA.kext
Native (Clean install)

System Information/Hardware/Audio/Intel High Definition Audio (not Devices)
Sorry couldn't find it

Copy of IOReg - IOReg_v2.1/File/Save a Copy As…, verify file
Copy Of Console/All Messages (last boot)/File/Save a Copy As..
DPCIManager/Status

I set FIXHDA_8000 to no, after reboot still no success.
Attached the clover boot log and screenshot from clover configurator ACPI. I hope this is the log you meant.
