I got Yosemite installed and trackpad is working perfectly but not the gestures. System Preferences --> TrackPad says that there is no trackpad, so I can't enable gestures like 3 finger scroll and 2 finger scroll.

I did my install with this quide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-laptop-support/153390-lenovo-y50-clover.html

Was looking at your quide but couldn't find instructions specified for trackpad. Also I'm pretty sure I got Synaptics trackpad (checked in Windows settings)

Your trackpad is ALPS.

Your install would benefit from following the guide I linked previously.

Well.. My mistake - thanks for pointing this out. Could you link here working kext for my ALPS? I'd appreciate it.

I have no ALPS hardware, so not keeping track of the kexts needed for it.

Google may help you with that.

After updating to El Capitan Beta 4 the VoodooPS2Controller kext for both trackpad and keyboard stopped working. I have followed the guide to reinstall the kext and updated the caches but still no success. Is there a workaround that can make it work again on my laptop.

Do you have it installed in /S/L/E?

Yes I have because, clover does not inject in Beta 4

Check system.log.

What do you mean by "beta 4"?

Keep in mind the rules: http://www.tonymacx86.com/faq.php
