    I meant the toggle to disable my touchpad. Sometimes the toggle works, sometimes the toggle doesn't work. And now somehow it's working using your kext now. Weird...
    Well, never mind. Forget what I was asking.
    I shouldn't had posted that though..

    Good day,

    With the 2018-05-06 compiled version, I'm having crashes on 10.12.6 whenever I have the SSDT-Swap-LeftControlCapsLock.aml (attached) compiled with MaciASL RM-1.31 (252.3), loaded in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched

    The typical crash reports:

    On a side note: The ProBook guide scripts install a copy in both /Library/Extensions and EFI/CLOVER/kexts/other, is there a preference which ones will be used, or when Clover will or won't inject the kexts?

    You cannot have duplicate symbols in ACPI...

    You cannot use SSDT-Swap-LeftControlCapsLock.aml with the ProBook ACPI setup as SSDT-4x0-G0.aml already has a PS2K.RMCF.

    You must integrate the configuration data into the existing RMCF in SSDT-4x0-G0.aml.
    Such as:
    Code:
        Scope (\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.PS2K)
        {
            Name (RMCF, Package (0x04)
            {
                "Synaptics TouchPad",
                Package (0x02)
                {
                    "DynamicEWMode",
                    ">y"
                },
                "Keyboard",
                Package (0x02)
                {
                    "Custom ADB Map",
                    Package (0x03)
                    {
                        Package (0x00){},
                        "3a=3b",
                        "1d=39"
                    }
                }
            })
        }

    By adding SSDT-Swap-LeftControlCapsLock.aml, it can load first, which invalidates SSDT-40-G0.aml and causes it to be ignored, which then causes the KP you see. Since order of SSDTs loaded from ACPI/patched are indeterminate, it is also possible that SSDT-4x0-G0.aml loads first, and SSDT-Swap-LeftControlCapsLock.aml is ignored (but that is clearly not what is happening).

    The ProBook guide scripts are doing the right thing.

    AH!!! Thank you!! :headbang::clap:

    Question: What would be the "best"/advised method to integrate this into the (equivalent) probook SSDT-4x0-g0.aml in future? just manually edit the .aml, or is there some place I could drop/fix a text file with those edits?

    If you could please add a note somewhere in the OS-X-VoodooPS2controller's README.md to point people in that direction, would be appreciated??

    You could look at how changes/customization is done to PS2K.RMCF in some of the other models.

    A note for what?
    This is basic ACPI stuff...

    Hi, Rehabman:

    I updated my laptop from 10.13.2 to 10.13.5, all things gone well except my touchpad and keyboard. I have tried several version of VooDooPS2Controller.kext but it still not work, I cannot use my keyboard and trackpad (build in) now.

    I have tried to install VooDooPS2Controller.kext into S/L/E or injecting it into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/other but this kext still not working. I need some help, thanks :)

    PS. The version of my VooDooPS2Controller.kext is 2018-05-6 v1.8.34.

    "Problem Reporting" files are incomplete/wrong.
    Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

    Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
