AH!!! Thank you!! :headbang::clap:

Question: What would be the "best"/advised method to integrate this into the (equivalent) probook SSDT-4x0-g0.aml in future? just manually edit the .aml, or is there some place I could drop/fix a text file with those edits?
You could look at how changes/customization is done to PS2K.RMCF in some of the other models.

If you could please add a note somewhere in the OS-X-VoodooPS2controller's README.md to point people in that direction, would be appreciated??
A note for what?
This is basic ACPI stuff...

Hi, Rehabman:

I updated my laptop from 10.13.2 to 10.13.5, all things gone well except my touchpad and keyboard. I have tried several version of VooDooPS2Controller.kext but it still not work, I cannot use my keyboard and trackpad (build in) now.

I have tried to install VooDooPS2Controller.kext into S/L/E or injecting it into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/other but this kext still not working. I need some help, thanks :)

PS. The version of my VooDooPS2Controller.kext is 2018-05-6 v1.8.34.
Machine: Lenovo B50-70
CPU: Intel Core i5-4210U
Graphics card: Intel HD 4600

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete/wrong.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Sorry for my inconvenience, here is my material according to the "Problem Reporting". I don't know what went wrong, I am grateful if I can get your help. Thanks.

[updated] I have fixed this by DSDT patching. thanks rehabman!

@RehabMan, i'm curious. Is it possible to add the keystroke from 3 fingers swipe without having to configure it on PrefSys>Keyboard>Shortcuts?

Because by doing so, i lose the ctrl + left / ctrl + right. The screenshot below is the actual configuration after replacing the default (ctrl + left) with 3 fingers swipe to left.

edit: question is a bit changed

edit2 (24 July), so, i decided to attach SSDT to my efi, and changed the value 37 (command) to 3b (corresponds to ctrl), it is actually very nice. I attach my the ssdt too,
you can play with other keys if you want by comparing the scancode https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/keyboard-scan-codes.1216916/

Problem with prefpanel on dell 3521.
Trackpad is working but prefpanel not.
Use 10.14 and last prebuild version.

What log etc do u need?
Wrong forum.
This is for Mavericks.

And you will need to attach PR files.
