Multibeast 6.0.1 installation failed - Mavericks - Logs content

MultiBeast returned a fail for the following reason:

The updating of the kernelcache failed due to a "Invalid memory reference". That typically is due to a system error of some type, hardware or software.

Have you run memtest86+ to verify that the RAM and system is working correctly? If that passed then your installation of Mavericks is corrupted.

I have a similar problem. I installed many os-x system since 10.4, up to Lion 8.1, by means of several methods other than Multibeast. This is my first attempt to install Mavericks following your guide. I assembled a new system using Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5 TH motherboard, i7-4770K, 2x8 GByte Kingston 2133 (tried many different speed from 1333 to 2000 MHz), and 2xHyperX 240 GByte Kingston SSD (only one connected, the other has Windows 8.1 installed). Booting from the installation USB drive goes fine, without any manual adjustment, and Mavericks installation succeeds. After rebooting from USB, and choosing to boot from the SSD, I come to Mavericks desktop with full resolution and ethernet Lan working (where I'm writing from). Audio is there but no sound (have to check if sound is sent from mother to the HDMI connector). I run multi beast (6.0.1) but it ends with error, and I cannot find its log file, as I read in help pages. I see that MacMan has successfully installed Mavericks on similar motherboards, so please help me.
