Mouse scrolling is crazy (video)

Hi. My mouse scrolling is crazy. I wish it was smooth. It's a wireless device. Could you help me? I am using an IOGear GBU521W6 USB Thumbnail Dongle Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter. Watch the video attached to this message if you want to see an exemple. I already restored the operational system (and used time machine to restore my data). Tip: I use a Radeon 6670 card.

Check batteries (I'm sure you've tried), get closer to the receiver or try a different USB port.

Hi. Thanks for answering. Wired mouse is ok. Maybe this problem is cause by some interference? Wi-Fi signal? Bluetooth adapter?

I turned the router off and the scrolling is still crazy. I changed channels and the antenna. nothing happens

It might be the Bluetooth dongle. Try another USB port or maybe you can find another Bluetooth dongle to try?
