No surprise. Updating OS X always replaces AppleHDA.kext. You have the native 10.8.2 AppleHDA installed. Install the appropriated edited AppleHDA.kext from ML: Optimized Realtek AppleHDA - Preview/Alpha.
I just wanted to check. Am I installing both the AppleHDA.kext and the HDAEnabler1.kext, or just the AppleHDA.kext?
