Mojave i7-3930k CPU at 99%

After succesful hackintosh'ing my pc, i have a problem with my cpu.
It's always at 99% load, and the temp is arround 60c, (with aio cooler).
But, intersting it's that the 99% load it's only showed in the Intel power gadget. Even if i didn't open any process, right after startup.(in the screenshot, it's after 1-2 hours of working, but, it's the same)

What and where is my problem ?

MB:ASUS P9X79
CPU:i7 3930k
GPU: EVGA GTX 670
DSDT:
EHC1 to EH01
EHC2 to EH02
EUSB to EH01
USBE to EH02
SAT0 to SATA
CUU0
CUU1
CUU2
CUU3
EHC0 to EC(disabled)

I'm not 100% sure but to start with consider selecting the PluginType in Clover Configurator. Also check the SSDTs (I'm not familiar with these two).

Should i disable these two ?
Edit: i've disabled the SSDT's and started using plugintype, no difference.

I've disabled DSDT CUU0, CUU1, CUU2, CUU3 AND EC0 - to - EC...no difference.

Didn't work.
After i've followed this thread, and everything worked flawlesly, screenshow atached.
P.S: Also, i was needed to change the smbios, but that wasn't a problem.
