Missing Bluetooth controller error with X99-A II

I'm trying to install El Capitan on my X99-A II, and no matter what the installer gets stuck at the Bluetooth Controller line. It might be a GPU error, but I've tried everything to get the installer working from the "Big List of Solutions", and it just won't get past that one line. I have the serial port disabled, the USB Handoff (I don't know what it's called) enabled, and VT-D disabled.

I use the following strings: -v npci=0x3000 cpus=1 nv_disable=1 -gux_nosleep

This is the hardware I'm trying to use:

• X99 A II
• 16GB DDR4 RAM
• i7 5820k
• GTX 970 Strix

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help?

Be sure that (inject nvidia) isn't set to true in config.plist.

It isn't set to inject Nvidia.

It doesn't kernel panic... it gets stuck at the Missing Bluetooth Controller error. I don't know why, and I haven't been able to solve it.
