After building my first Hackintosh workstation in a G5 case, I wanted to build a small OSX server. So I bought these components :
- CPU : Intel i3-550
- MB : ECS H55H-I
- Mem : Kingston KVR1333D3N9/2G (2gb)
- PS : PicoPSU 120W + 84W brick
I already owned :
- HD (OS) : 2,5" Seagate 120-GB
- HD (Data) : WDC WD10EARS 1TB
I could buy me a cheap case to mount the components. But I liked te G5 case so much, I decided to build me a replica:
I installed OSX 10.6.7 Server edition on this little machine and it's serving my ATV2 via iTunes like a charm.
