The plastic I used is polystyreen (http://www.scalaplastics.com/catalo...nl?PHPSESSID=324e415055bbb451d35d3228b397512b).
I used a heat gun to bent the plastic over a mold to get the correct form.
The holes in the front an back are drilled by hand

I did make some sketches on paper, but I'll try to convert them to an electronic version.

That's a matter of taste. I liked to build the case this way.

I'm going to be doing something very similar but hopefuly smaller! and was wondering if you had those plans stored electronically yet? If not, could you scan them?

Anyway, i was wondering how you joined the case? Is it made of sections like the real powermac 2 halfs that form the center square like you have? And then the handles and feet. And have you just glued the side panel straight on? Also the open side, how did you make it stay in place, somekind of locking mechanism?
