Dears,
I have a perfect hack of Monterey running on my haswell i5 4460 with 24 GB RAM, HD 4600 integrated graphics... Just wanted advice if Ventura is also supported as well considering some news that it (Haswell cpus) might not be supported anymore?

Thanks.

Not natively supported. Some people are using patchers to force it to work. Not a good idea in my opinion. Monterey is just as good as Ventura, just doesn't have some niche features like Stage Manager. If you can live without that now, you don't really need Ventura.

Why would you mess with perfection ? You usually end up worse off. 4 letters explain this. FOMO or fear of missing out.

Great.. Thanks for the advice
Was just curious if the ageing hardware can still spin up the new OS, but anyway, I'm happy with Monterey..

Yes, not supported. Ventura no longer supports Macs that use 4th generation (Haswell) Intel CPUs and their integrated graphics. It only supports Macs with 7th generation (Kaby Lake) Intel CPUs or later including their integrated graphics.

You may still be able to make Ventura work on your system by using a different SMBIOS since you are using a dedicated and supported graphics card. The OP is trying to use integrated graphics which won't work.

Oh right my bad! Yes I'm using iMac Pro1,1 with RX580.
Windows 11 seems to be doing the same thing.
