macOS Sierra - HP Folio 13 - AppleUSBHostController Loop

Hi guys,

I'm currently trying to install Sierra on my HP Folio 13 2000 laptop and I keep running into the following loop:

Does anyone have any solutions? I've successfully installed Yosemite on this machine but as I want the latest version of xCode, I want to update it to Sierra.

I've also tried installing El Capitan following RehabMans guide to booting the OS X installed but I run into the same error shower above

your specs should be in your hardware profile as per rules
