Apple MacPro OC6.7, excluding download time 13 minutes. Note: mid 2012 MacPro is not a supported device for this release.
USB seems fine.

Updated from System Preferences - Software Update.
For everyone panicking and jumping over to USBMap.kext and CorpNewt's utility, may I just point out there is no need? Unless you have some other specific reason to change, Hackintool's USBPorts.kextstill works perfectly as it always has. What's more, mine is a 500-series, Comet Lake build ...
The above is my own USBPorts.kext configuration, working as intended in 11.3.1 with OpenCore 0.6.8.
Quick and painless from 11.2.2 to 11.3.1 on OC0.6.9. I had some trouble creating my USB map (was just using USBInjectAll), but all good once I got it right
