Updated without a hitch.

Even NVMe SSD without any patching

I updated with no problems, Installed clover 4049 as a precaution since I read some are having issues with the latest version. Restarted, then applied the update, all good.

Audio Not Working After Updating To macOS 10.12.5. Help!
If I install VoodooHDA Then I Will be presented with a Kernal Panic.
And Multi Beast Does not install sound drivers for my mother board. HELP!!

According to what you wrote, problem is solved:

Clean install required. I don't even think the macOS 10.12 installer will install over a later version.
I don't know why you would want to take a step back though...

Hi all,

Need some help.
I'm new to Hackintosh... and although i had EVERYTHING working fine before the 10.12.5 upgrade... now i'm stuck with a kernel panic issue. Cannot boot into Mac.
Its my first upgrade... so am a little lost.

I loaded Lilu.kext and IntelGraphicsFixup.kext into Library BEFORE upgrading to 10.12.5.... couldn't boot.
Also copied them into bootable clover usb drive.... same error.

I'm not clear from the boot log, what the problem is.
Can anyone give any suggestions?
