Just updated three Hackintoshes. Two with Gigabyte Z97-based mobos, one with old Asus P7P55D mobo. To save traffic, used standalone installer downloaded via link on this site. No problem whatsoever.
Updated one desktop, one laptop and a MacBook Pro without issue.
It seems that 10.12.3 improved the user interface, no more spinning wheels everywhere.
Updated, everything is good, my GeekBench Compute result is nice.
This is my XFX RX 480 with the CU modification from 16 to 36. This RX 480 card has worked well in Sierra since last August and just seems to get better with age.
Here is a recent GTX 1070 in windows score.
