MacBook Pro Mid 2010

it should be possible to buy a logic board of a 2015 MacBook Pro and replace in a mid 2010 MacBook Pro case?
No chance. The 2015 logic board is completely different. Won't fit, ports won't line up.

You can use Blip as a good substitute for Airdrop.
Only if Simone upgrades to Monterey 12.1 or newer.

Just to know, if I put macOS Mojave on my mid 2010, airdrop will work?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ You can possibly find out by installing Mojave and trying it.

Not sure if this will work for you but it might be worth a try if you don't want Monterey.
Dosdude1 no longer supports this so you'll be on your own when trying it.

Here's the critical part of the guide:

Important Note: If you have a machine that supports High Sierra natively, you MUST ensure you have the latest version of the system's BootROM installed if you want to boot from an APFS volume. If you have NOT previously installed High Sierra, you can download and install this package to install the latest BootROM version. When installing, ensure your system is plugged in to power, or the update will not be installed.
