Mac OSX entry in BIOS boot menu

Ever since I installed Sierra on my PC I got these two extra entries in boot menu when I press F8, both called Mac OSX and they do absolutely nothing. Thing is, I don't have Sierra installed anymore and would like to remove these two entries over Windows or Linux live CD. I formatted my HDD completetly but they're still there. So the question is how do I remove these unwanted entries?

Motherboard is ASUS H81M-K (UEFI) but Windows is installed on MBR partition table.
