The folder structure has changed in the newer versions of Clover.
Make sure that you have all of your required drivers in their new location.
How can I know what drivers I need? And their locations?

Cause I did not backup my clover before upgrading, do I still have a way of knowing my old drivers?
You are making this a lot harder than it needs to be.

You probably had :
ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi (or apfs.efi)
AptioMemoryFix-64.efi
FSInject-64.efi
HFSPlus.efi (or vboxhfs-64-efi)

Have a look at whatever guide you followed when you installed the OS originally.

So I downloaded all the drivers needed, but still can't see Mac on clover without booting from the USB. My version of clover is r5071.

So replace the /EFI folder on the EFI partition of the disk with the /EFI folder from the EFI partition of the USB.
