Looking for a single slot ATI Graphics Card to run 2560x1600 with Mountain Lion

Hi I realise I might be asking a bit too much but I'm looking for an ATI graphics card that only takes a single PCIe slots and will drive a 30" Apple Cinema Display at 2560x1600 Via dual link DVI with Mountain Lion.
Can anyone point me in the direction of something they know works ?

I know ATI are not the obvious choice and I have nvidia cards working fine but I need an ATI for other reasons, if needs be I will upgrade to Mavericks or Yosemite but would rather stick with ML I'm currently using a Gigabyte Z87-OC board and considered the on-board Intel gpu but it won't go above 1080 resolution.

Ok thanks, they look to be discontinued, anyone know any of the "R" series that are single slot and will work?
