Going back to Monterey fixed it for me. There is a known issue with Lightroom and Ventura. Adobe said the next release will fix it. I couldn’t wait for it so reverted the OS.

I just tried rolling back to Monterey, still isn’t working. Its not an issue with the OS version. It’s an EFI issue when I switched over to the 12700k from the 9900k.

Adobe released Lightroom 12.2 within the last 5 days. Does anyone know if it fixed the issue?

I’m waiting for Ventura 13.4 or 13.5 before updating but would be nice to know.
