Hi,
did you have success attaching monitors to the docking station of the t440p? I've used UniBeast to install mac Sierra and used rehabs h4600 clover plist. I also installed graphics, hdmi audio, ps2 usb and battery kexts. Everything is working fine, but I cannot attach monitors via the docking station (usb works). It either crashes when the system is already running or it freezes at startup at about 50% of the bar loaded. Using the mini DP port of the laptop works.
Interestingly, attaching a monitor via the dock works when not changing the intelGFX id and thus using the 7mb HD4600

Hey guys. About to try an install on my T440P. I'm wondering however whether you have to use the OP's method to install OSX, involving a Macbook, or if you can use the traditional install done on other laptops and PCs. Any chance somebody can explain that to me? Thanks in advance.

Hey guys hope someone can help me.
I installed Sierra 10.12 by making USB with UniBeast then installing clean Clover, because Multibeast breaks my Ethernet.
Then I got some kexts from Rehabman's bitbucket repo and installed them according to instructions. Only thing I didn't do is patching DSDT/SSDT. Currently I have following issues:
- Intel HD4600 injected, using IntelGFX fix kext, but no transparency (QE/CI) and graphics is sluggish, e.g. tabs on Safari are flickering. External monitor works over DP port.
- Battery of course not recognised because of DSDT/SSDT
- I have no sound over external (laptop) speakers, but earphones are fine (VoodooHDA, AppleHDA removed)
- USB all working
- Touchpad working, but trackpoint isn't.
I need some advice how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
Config: i5-4210m, 8GB RAM, 500GB SSHD, 1600x900 HD+ screen.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

Thanks RehabMan, I followed your guide for patching DSDT+SSDT.
Audio is working fully, it was my mistake to mute speakers on F1 button, so with VoodooHDA 2.8.8 it works perfectly, no luck patching AppleHDA.
HD4600 is fixed with kexts from your bitbucket repository, it works awesome, even with external monitors.
I didn't touch trackpoint, as I don't need it at all, I have touchpad fully working.
Probably will buy external wifi usb stick.
Only one thing remains. I have installed HWMonitor with kexts, but still no battery status.
I tried to extract DSDT+SSDT from Clover boot menu by pressing all combinations (F4, Fn+F4, Ctrl+F4 in case I switched Fn and Ctrl) waited and booted, but nothing is generated in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/origin
Then I tried patchmatic and used MacIasl to patch all of files in set DSDT.dsl, SSDT, SSDT-1 to SSDT-7 with Lenovo T440p battery patch (do I need to patch all those files?) compiled and then saved as .aml again and copied to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched.
I rebooted, but nothing changed at all. Still no battery icon and low battery message.
Sierra works pretty well, no crashes or panics at all.
