Google for Realtek ALC292 AppleHDA. You need DSDT patched correctly.

There is support in CodecCommander for ALC292, so it must exist/work: https://github.com/RehabMan/EAPD-Codec-Commander

Note: All components must be in place for it to work. Miss one or get one wrong and it won't work.

I see that sometimes Bluetooth works, sometimes it doesn't.

Is there a way to fully enable it?

I tried with a kext posted here:

But it has no effect.

Which bluetooth hardware is installed in your laptop?

Intel AC7260 I know that wifi is not going to work, but Bluetooth sometimes work (mostly never) but from boot to boot i got it working. not sure what is changed.

Forget about WiFi and Bluetooth both until you have well supported/compatible hardware installed.

I can't really change the card. The BIOS is whitelisted.

Right now i got Wifi working with a TP-Link TL-WN725N usb adapter

Which cards are allowed by your BIOS whitelist?

Also, consider patched/unlocked BIOS. Otherwise, forget about bluetooth... it just doesn't work well without supported Broadcom hardware.
