Lenovo Thinkpad E550 how to post installation ethernet/wifi/bluetooth/audio

Hi,
i have succesfully installed El Capitan on my Lenovo E550 via Clover Bootloader without any further problems.
Now i want to make the

• ethernet
• wifi
• bluetooth
• audio
• sleep function
• battery status

work.

What am i supposed to do? I know i will need a wifi dongle anyway but which kext files would i need for the following System:

Lenovo ThinkPad E550 - Type 20DF

Intel Core i5-5200U 2.20 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 5500
8 GB RAM DDR3 1333 MHz
256 GB Crucial SSD
DVD Drive GUA0N (works)
Intel WGI218V Gigabit Ethernet Connection
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 (802.11ac, a/b/g, n) (also with integraled bluetooth i think)
Audio Conexant® CX20751
