Kernel Panic on startup sometimes

Hello all, I just ordered a Galaxy GEforce GT 430 graphics card. It works great but sometimes when I boot up I get a kernel panic. I think it is because of the graphics card. I will post a pic. Does anyone have any suggestions?
If it is the graphics card can someone tell me which one. I would like it to be compatible with Snow leopard and Lion. It also needs to have VGA. and it would be nice if it were under $60

Did you select the 4XX enabler in multibeast? Try booting with both

GraphicsEnabler=Yes and GraphicsEnabler=No

and report back.

I would but last time I did graphcs enabler I got a kernel panic, right now everything works perfect except sometimes I get a kernel panic. I dont want to risk looding my system

It has gotten worse I get a kernel panic just about everytime I turn my computer in there are somedays that I cant even get it to boot. Any help is appreciated.
It also says stuff like CPU faulting and pin sense blah blah blah
