Issue with FileVault 2 keyboard not working laptop

Trackpad works perfectly but keyboard doesn't, so I can't login my user account.

I have a Sony Vaio S (SVS1512Z1ES) and Clover installed in UEFI mode with High Sierra 10.13.1. I followed this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/309549-el-capitan-uefi-clover-on-sony-vaio-s/

Before encyption keyboard worked ok, so it does when I login invite user.

  • Most of PS/2 keyboard users will not be able to enter the passwords
    No general solutions (aside AptioInputFix).
 
I have the same issue. I am stuck at login and cant type my password. Anyone?
 
I have just wrote this efi module to solve that problem on my laptop. It's a general solution, supposed to work with any keyboard, on legacy or UEFI boot.
Be sure to remove any ps2 and usb keyboard driver from your clover drivers folder.
Please tell me how that works for you.

I improved the version I posted few days ago. Here is a new one.

Somebody who can verify this working? I have a dell 9550 running macOS High Sierra and getting FileVault2 to work with the native keyboard would be a lifesaver. Will donate if it works!

Can you tell me step by step how to use this. Which laptop are you using?

3 people tried it and it works.
Do you know where is located your CLOVER folder ? Maybe on your EFI partition, do you how to mount it ?
If yes : download the 3rd version bis (in thread above), put that efi in drivers64UEFI and drivers64 in EFI/CLOVER folder. Remove any other keyboard driver there is in there (like UsbKbDxe.efi, Ps2KeyboardDxe.efi, OsxAptioFixDrv.efi, OsxAptioFix2Drv.efi, OsxAptioFix3Drv.efi) and reboot !
Be sure to try a Clover on a USB stick, or to have a bootable partition/external hard drive, to not be locked out.
Tell how it went !
 
Yeah I'm familiar with mounting EFI. I will try this this weekend. Need to back up my docs before trying this. Will report back within 48 hours.
