are files in other folders ef usbmap,kext hpfanreset.efi etc to be declared somwhere in config.plist ?

a lot of user's use OCAT to update without much issues

12.4 (macbookpro12,1) and 11.6.7 (macbookpro11,4) usb install boot up same issue. stops with fuzzy screen and circle with line through it.
