on bootup usb installer 12.4 it says platform (MacBookPro11,1) not supported. monterey dropped support for a big list of macs

means you need to check over your config.plist

you wouldn't have had that issue if you used the files from my guide

re-download the oc efi from your guide.

edited the config.plist

added the 8x0g1 files into acpi

added the new usbports.kext to kext folder

added hpfanreset.efi to efi folder

fatigue. forgot. darn it. hackintoshing in 2022 is highly advanced rocket science.

It may be easier to edit the config.plist from post 1 and make your changes below. You will notice in my config.plist attached in post 1 under PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) a model name of HD530, don't forget to remove that section

renamed the filename as per case sensitive.

you only need HFSPlus.efi from clover

case sensitive - renamed it as verbose below

the test oc efi is going to be used for both 11.6.7 and 12.4 usb installer

for opencore is it only acpi aml files must be declared in the config.plist ?

are files in other folders ef usbmap,kext hpfanreset.efi etc to be declared somwhere in config.plist ?
