[SOLVED]IOUSBFamily did not receive enough extra current for the Super Speed device YOSEMITE
So I updated my Hackintosh today following the update from Mavericks to Yosemite guide. I can only boot to the desktop by using the following flags: -x -F -no-zp
I already had to disable my GTX 760 and use IGFX via HDMI to my monitor. It is a little buggy graphics wise but I can load the desktop.
Volume doesn't seem to be working either. And I cannot boot with out using those flags or else I hit the boot line "IOUSBFamily did not receive enough extra current for the Super Speed device (HubDevice) at 0x15500000, asked for 400mA but got 0 mA
Still waiting for root device
Still waiting for root device
Still waiting for root device
Still waiting for root device
Still waiting for root device"
Another thing that I cannot figure out is that my internal HDDs are not accessible or view able. The only one that is is the Mac OSX SSD that Yosemite is installed on.
Please I need some help and I don't want to have to format my SSD.
Thanks,
P.S I can provide screenshots if needed.
my build is a i5 4690k
16gb DDR3 Corsair vengeance
GAZ87X-OC
GTX 760
