Intel HD Graphics (0x0156) - 10.8.3+ Kext Won't Load

Hey guys, I would be forever grateful for some help with this.
I've read every post about this chipset/GPU and I feel I'm so close to QE/CI but something just isn't working.

I've tried every IgplatformID, I've tried custom DSDT patch, and I've tried switching MEI-ID.

My primary issue is the AppleIntelHD4000Graphics.kext reports link failed (doesn't load) no matter which method I try.
Kext is stock (10.8.3+)

Asus X501A (Pentium 2020M / Intel HD Graphics 3rd gen (2500Mobile PNP-ID)

Anyone with same chip or ideas able to help me?
I can get full resolution but I've read QE/CI is possible at least with HDMI.

The stock kext for 10.8.3/10.8.4 HAS my device ID included (0x01568086) but it just won't load it!
The guides for HD2500/HD4000 don't mention this problem.
Tried SMBIOS Macmini6,1 and Macmini6,2

The machine boots fast and fine but it won't load HD4000 kext... here's the log:

Just to add... the BIOS has no option for setting Internal Graphics Memory Size, only DVMT, which I have to keep at 64MB but I DID patch the DSDT for 64MB platform and not 32. So I just don't know what else to do.
