Intel HD 530 on 10.12.5

Guys, I've tried everything.

I finally got the system running, but I cannot get accelerated graphics working off the iGPU.
Currently, System Report only declares 7MB of VRAM, as many others have had issues with I've noticed.

Setup:

CPU: Intel i5 6500
Mobo: MSI Z170i Pro Gaming
Connected via HDMI from motherboard.

Inject Intel is on from Clover as well.

Some users suggested increasing DVMT from 32MB to 64MB.
I've done that, to no avail.

I'll attach my .plist from clover, if anyone can take a look and save me from this.
This Mac is a gift for my father and I would appreciate any help immensely.
