It is listed on intel's site to have one. You mean the cpu has igpu but it is not connected?
if that is the case it is strange
I am confused now, the TPC says:
The kit supports graphics computing through Intel® HDTM Graphics 630.
- *The graphics outputs of the NUC8i7HV are not physically connected to the HD Graphics 630.
but also:

It hasn’t been able to activate HD 630 yet. Only the Vega on default MacOS drivers or by spoofing Kabylake IGPU which loads framebuffers but no the accelerators.
This is down by adding the 0x15FF the the info.plists. It will browse some apps but not to full potential.
Don’t know if anyone had tried lately with Mojave Kexts. Such a shame it would make a great Mac mini.
