Hey everyone- could you let me know if there's a fully working Intel DSDT-Intel-BOXDP55WG DSDT that people are using? I just found out that the one in the DSDT Database may not be correct.

I'm on my fifth try...

I'm following this method :Install OS X Snow Leopard Directly from Retail DVD Using Chameleon Boot CD for P55 Motherboards

This time I'm trying with tonymacx86-P55BootCD-beta3

I'm gona use the default DSDT (because Intel BOXDP55WG is not available anymore)

Hope it will work this time.

The default DSDT in the guide is GA-P55M-UD2- it probably will not work for you- I'd try one of the other Intel DSDTs.

In STEP 3:4, I dragged Tonys IO netwoking family kext to kext helper

And update to 10.6.2

I normally dont use sleep function

Here's my Current Specs:

Intel i7-860 Processor
Intel® Desktop Board DP55WG.
WesternDigital 320Gig HDD for installing Macosx onto
ati 4890
8 gigs of trident DDR3 - F3-12800CL8D-2GBTD / F3-12800CL8D-4GBTD
linksys wmp300n pci adapter

I haven't tried the intell .iso yet because I see to boot cd's one for the 4890 and one for the intel... how do I combine those 2? or do i just have to add a 4890 kext? I'm really new to understanding this and so far this forum has been my shining heaven for a chance to getting it working. P.s has anyone figured out the sound for this mother board and the user port/firewire stuff?
