I get an instant wake when i set the computer to sleep. Screen is black first, but a keystroke solves this. Keep a look in my signature for mainboard. thx

Hi there.

Sounds like one of two possible ways forward:

1) Set "FixShutdown" in your Clover config.plist.

2) Bluetooth adapter polling a USB port - change port type.

Have you configured your USB ports? If so how? What type of BlueTooth adapter are you using?

:)

Hi out there,

anybody else with an idea?

Greetings
Harry
You were almost certainly given the path to your solution in post #2

You were almost certainly given the path to your solution in post #2, from Humanate

thanks

a) I tried by disconnecting my Bluetooth adapter. No success. So i suggest bluetooth adapter is not involved in this.

b) In my attachment (Darwin Dumper) can be seen, that "FixShutdown" is in my Clover config.plist

c) Utterbelief suggests also to "configure ports". How can this be done? I'm no specialist in this. My board (Gigabyte) is shown in my signature.

You need to get this work done first. It may take a bit of time and effort to get your head around but important to do it. Basically you'll create an SSDT or a Kext (I find kext the easiest option) to map your USB ports correctly (identify what type of USB port they are, internal/external/USB2/USB3) and also to keep within the 15 port limit needed for Mac

Start in this thread: A Beginner's Guide to Creating a Custom USB SSDT

This thread explains the concept and first steps. For port discovery, rather than IOReg Explorer I prefer to use Hackintool and after port discovery with Hackintool, you can create your SSDT and Kext by clicking the "export" icon indicated with red arrow. Note you'll only use one of these, not both, either or. Below you see the screen showing my configuration with ports correctly identified and within 15 port limit

Before you dive in with Hackintool, read the beginners guide above and ask questions there. Also understand, there is more than one way to achieve the result. The thread above does not mention Hackintool but I find this the easiest way and I am still a beginner.
