Probably your Win8 is installed legacy and you don't have legacy scanning turned on (option in config.plist/GUI..).

Or...
Win8 is installed UEFI, and you have legacy scanning on... and you're trying to boot your UEFI install of Windows via a Clover menu item that is legacy.

It worked. It now shows "Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB" and everything is now smoother than before, plus i can now record the screen. Ethernet stopped working after that, but i fixed using a kext. Thanks!

Btw 512MB is the maximum it can have right ? Can it go higher ?

512mb is the max value for HD3000 with OS X/macOS (system uses 384mb with only 4GB RAM installed).
