Hello,

I have 4 MB of vRAM as listed on the About window. Is there a way I can increase it ? I can't take screenshots, record the screen, and there are a lot of animation glitches. All methods I have seen include increasing from 256MB to 384MB or from 256MB to 512MB or others, but none had 4MB.

I'm using El Capitan 10.11.6 on HP Pavilion dv6 with Intel HD Graphics 3000 (nVidia GeForce GT630M).

Thanks in advance

Not a desktop. Moved to laptop support.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

Sorry, did not notice I posted in the desktop section.

I wasn't able to find anything on that guide. Could you point me to the specific method to use to increase the vRAM ? Thanks again

Your config.plist is wrong.
The Clover guide is linked from the first question in the FAQ.
Follow it as written. The guide provides a correct plist for your graphics configuration.
Don't forget to fill out your profile as per FAQ/guide.

So I replaced my config.plist with the config_HD3000_1366x768.plist (renamed it to config.plist), and now it says "Display 4MB" instead of "Intel HD Graphics 3000 4MB" with the old config.plist. What should I do now?

Enclosed is the ZIP file including the ioreg, EFI/Clover without the themes repository and the RehabMan from the Downloads folder.

Contrary to your claim, your config.plist is not from my guide.
Not even close.

Yeah sorry my bad. I forgot that I replaced it with my old config.plist after I posted Post #5. However I noticed before re-adding the original that i can't boot into my Windows 8.1 partition in the clover bootloader. I have a dual boot system that is working fine, but after adding your config.plist it doesn't boot into it. I'll post the results back as soon i can. Been really busy these past weeks

Probably your Win8 is installed legacy and you don't have legacy scanning turned on (option in config.plist/GUI..).

Or...
Win8 is installed UEFI, and you have legacy scanning on... and you're trying to boot your UEFI install of Windows via a Clover menu item that is legacy.
