The EFI is for 10.14.3!

GFX0, HDAU and ARPT still not properly implemented.

But let's solve the XHCI issue first.

Change to 10.14.4 port limit patches in this case!

Now disable port limit patches, remove KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI.kext, unzip KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI-15port.kext.zip to make your EFI-Folder fully vanilla, reboot and report back with new IOREG.save

Now disable port limit patches, remove KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI.kext, unzip KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI-15port.kext.zip, reboot and report back with new IOREG.save

If you disable the port limit patches, you must use KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI-15port.kext instead of KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI.kext in /EFI/CLOVER/Kexts/Others!
