Hmm I’m out of ideas. It’s definitely hardware related but I’m not sure since Windows seems to boot fine.

What code does mobo say when the KP happens?

Q-Code: 61 = NVRAM initialisation

Q-Code: 61 = NVRAM initialisation

1) Clear CMOS (either by unplug power/remove battery/wait method or onboard button)
2) Reflash BIOS to the previous one found on Asus website (not 0404)
3) Load optimized defaults and save
4) Shutdown
5) Clear CMOS
6) load optimized defaults
7) Setup BIOS based on the guide
8) Set macOS UEFI NVMe as boot priority.

Also unplug ALL usb devices except necessary ones like keyboard and mouse into USB2.0 ports in the rear next to the Ethernet ports (not 3.0). Do not use USB hubs for now just direct connections.

Only keep a small amount of RAM in the slots for testing purposes.

I’ve had your error before I forgot how exactly I fixed it.

There seems to be a problem with your boards NVRAM but I’m hoping the BIOS reflash will help.

Following your instruction (clear CMOS with onboard button).
BIOS 0210
Only Keyboard and InstallUSB in USB2.0-Ports.
Same KP.

Wow that’s rough.

Let me try to remember how I solved that error on my end.

Just to add, are you able to get this motherboard exchanged for a new one wherever you bought it?

I’m on my 2nd Prime Deluxe II, has some QC issues with the first one.

Thank you!!! I hope we find a solution...

Can you temporarily put emuvariableuefi-64.efi in your efi/drivers64 (or whatever it’s called)?

I know it’s not recommended but can you try and then boot?

You can mount the hidden macos efi partition in windows. You can mount it with this tool:

https://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html

I put the emuvariableuefi-64.efi in EFI/Clover/UefiDriver64.
same stable KP.
I remove as test all kexts from /Other - same KP.
I'm now in the "Try and Error" stage...

must I remove an another .efi ?

Try with just adding and then booting.

Then try again by removing aptio memory fix.

If neither works we need to try something else.

Without AptioMemoryFix.efi the boot stop by:

End RandomSeed
+++++++++++++++++++

after adding emu... - same KP.
