IDT Audio project.

Hi

I have problems with audio on ML 10.8.2.
The kext I attached is the only one that seems to work properly but it enables Internal Speakers only!
No External Speakers and No Internal or External Microphones!

My laptop is HP Pavilion dv6-6050se with audio codec IDT 92HD81B1X5.

anyone can help???

It sounds like Node IDs mismatch.
In the essence
1. Dump your codec in Ubuntu and look at the nodes numbers and it's description (convert to decimal if necessary)

3. Compare and fix

They are now very good guides that provide detailed descriptions of each step needed to successfully patch IDT codec.

Our codec is different than yours, without access to actual hardware it's difficult.

I tried once but unfortunately didn't understand whats going on!

On average, all of us spent days to weeks trying to understand and make codecs work on our hardware.
